Our Apps strictly adhere to Google Play's permissions guidelines. We will only request permissions explicitly required for core app functionalities:
Contacts: If an App interacts with your contacts, we utilize the Android Contact Picker to let you choose specific contacts securely, avoiding broad READ_CONTACTS system-wide access.
Location: We do not track your location in the background or utilize unauthorized geofencing. If precise location is required for a feature, we use the Google-recommended system Location Button or localized APIs to ensure maximum user control.
We use the data we collect to operate and improve our portfolio of Apps, specifically to:
Provide, maintain, and optimize gameplay and application functionality.
Sync game progress and achievements across devices via Google Play Games Services.
Display relevant, policy-compliant advertisements (if the App is ad-supported).
Respond to customer service inquiries and technical support requests.
Monitor and analyze technical performance, app stability, and crash metrics.
Detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud or unauthorized abuse of our services.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party services integrated into our Apps to facilitate operations. These third parties are bound by strict privacy requirements:
Google Play Services / Firebase: For game analytics, crash reporting, cloud saves, and authentication.
Ad Networks (e.g., Google AdMob): To serve targeted or contextual advertisements. These networks use your Android Advertising ID to personalize ads according to Google Play’s Developer Terms.
Payment Processors: All in-app purchases (IAPs) are handled securely through the Google Play Billing System. We never see or store your credit card or financial account numbers.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations.
In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, we provide all users with an easily accessible way to delete their accounts and associated data.
You can request account deletion directly through the settings menu within our Apps (where applicable).
Alternatively, you can request full data deletion by emailing us at oppiekay@gmail.com. Upon validation, we will purge your data from our systems within 30 days.
We take the safety of children seriously. Our portfolio contains a mix of general-audience apps and games targeted at varying age brackets.
For Apps Targeted at Children: We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or local legal age). If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal info, we will delete it immediately.
For General Audience Apps: We may utilize age-gating mechanisms to ensure younger users are provided with a non-personalized, COPPA-compliant ad and tracking experience.
Your information may be stored and processed in countries outside of your residence. We implement appropriate data safeguards to ensure your info remains secure.
GDPR (European Economic Area): If you reside in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, and exercise data portability.
CCPA/CPRA (California): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale or sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
